I’m not building this business to get rich. I’m building it to create impact — long-term, meaningful, and measurable. Property is just the starting point.

From day one, my goal has been to reinvest 100% of development profits into projects that genuinely change lives. That means funding the construction of schools in underserved areas, both in the UK and abroad. It means backing grassroots organisations that support young people with education, housing, and opportunity. It means using the platform I’m building now — through development, dealmaking, and tech — to create a pipeline of income that flows directly into philanthropy.

I’m not interested in flash or status. I’m interested in proving that you can scale something big, be commercially sharp, and still give it all back. I want to show that a development company can operate at the highest level — delivering real schemes, with serious partners — and still be driven by purpose, not profit.
